The
Green Card Lottery is also called the Diversity Lottery (DV) and it is a program that was created by the United States to give work visas to 50,000 immigrants to come to the United States. Traditionally these visas are given through a lottery system and they allow an individual who applies for the lottery and their families to work and live on a permanent basis in the United States If you are interested in the
Green Card system it is best to check the
Green Card Lottery News on the Internet. Currently the only way to apply for the
Green Card Lottery is through the United States State Department. Most people understand that a
Green Card is what you receive in order to work in a foreign country. In the United States all people who are considered illegal aliens must have a
Green Card and be actively working in order to stay in the country. With the
Green Card Lottery, immigrants are chosen randomly to be granted this opportunity. There are two situations that will influence how many people actually receive the visas this year 1) the goal of 55,000 applications are chosen or 2) the fiscal year ends before this amount of people are chosen
The Lottery is legal and is based on section 203 Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).In order to be eligible to apply for the Lottery your spouse or you must come from a country that is eligible for this Lottery visa. In addition, applicants must be able to show that they have worked at least two years within the last five and that you have a career that required two years of training in order to be qualified to do it. If you don't have the experience, another option is that you have completed high school or the equivalent of 12 years of school. Immigrants can only apply for this Lottery if they come from a country where immigration has been low to the United States.

DV-Programm
Green Card erhalten.
